FINNCOLD stiffening system is intended for the stiffening of food products placed in special product carts. Stiffening contributes to lower loss while the hygiene and storage life of products to be sliced increases.
The Finncold PLC-based control system controls both the stiffening process by means of room and products sensors, and the thawing of equipment. The controlled freezing process utilizes variable direction air flow that is guided through special air deflectors evenly around the cabinet. Programming allows product freezing to -2° C…-3° C as required.
